Gear Checker
Klingelnberg PFSU1200 Gear Checker now at AMJ Gears & Services Sdn Bhd, which became the 1st Company in Malaysia use this machine to determine Gear Quality according to DIN Standard.
Dye Penetrant Test
To locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics). Used to detect casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks in new products, and fatigue cracks on in-service components.
Test Run
Alignment gearbox and motor using belting system or direct couple using flexible coupling.
